maintain the level of employee engagement.
To study the level of motivation, trust and the
sense of belongingness of the employees towards
the organization.

three levels of the position i.e Managers, Executives
and Associates.

FINDINGS: Overall around 90% positive responses have been obtained.


Employees enjoy coming to work and feel proud in telling others about
their work place.
Regular training like 15 minutes training, 45 minutes training, In the
Beginning Training, Perfect pitch, Fine Tuning, Symphony of service etc.
Employees are very dedicated towards their work and are happy to be
in that organization.
The benefit plans provided by Marriott are easy to understand for the
employees and they are fully satisfied with it. E.g. - Provident Fund,
Insurance (you, your spouse and 2 children are insured under ESIC) etc .
employee engagement activities are conducted in the organization and
every employee is encouraged to be a part of all the events
The senior management is genuinely interested in the ideas and
opinions of the employees which clearly conveys that the employees
are highly valued in the organization,

CONCLUSION:The employees are highly motivated, involved,

appreciated and valued in the organization.


Employees willing to work extra hours, they feel
proud in working at this property and would
continue working for a period of 2 years or more.
The training need fulfillment and the involvement
level at all the levels of the organization is equal.
The organization takes conscious effort towards
employee satisfaction and thus towards their
engagement.
