Palani Ramasamy, Chief Technology Officer

Owns full lifecycle of product development from design to delivery (customer
acceptance). Empowers the wide variety of professionals employed by the Group;
provides direction and purpose to execute the companys mission. Also supports
technical/commercial aspects of proposal authoring and approval. An engineering
graduate from PSG Tech, Coimbatore. Easily adapts to technology landscape
challenges, envisions change, and ensures stable (optimized) performance of
products/technologies in the marketplace.

L. Selvaraj, Chief Financial Officer

Highly effective executive overseeing the Groups finance and accounting functions.
Responsible for monitoring the key financial metrics and working with founders to
achieve projected results. Selvaraj enables trust with the airlines while procuring
bulk volume deals and provides absolute confidence to our bankers. He is both a
distinguished well respected licensed professional among the Chartered
Accountancy fraternity with more than 20 years experience.

Subhash Kumar, Chief Operating Officer

A committed and seasoned executive, Subhash joined the Group as a business
development manager 15 years back. In addition to day to day ops responsibility, as
the COO he cultivates strategic relationships with all principals, Regulators and
Banks. Subhash has oversight function of the Groups sales with emphasis on
