1 MEDIAWARE AND LIGHTBOX
1.1

Brochures for Mediaware and Lightbox

Objective:
The brochure is for the purpose of marketing the
Mediaware and Lightbox as a package. Since
Warees will be getting the commission from
marketing the Lightbox, we will include this in a
market it together with Mediaware, the
Mediaware and Lightbox brochure will be
seperate from Warees IT Services brochure.

Mediaware location expansion and relocation

Objective:
Some of the Mediaware in mosque are off most of the
time and viewership is minimal. As an expansion
program, we will identify Mediaware which are inactive
and relocate them to a more strategic location.

Objective:
The objective is to review the current office
system setup and determine if any improvements
or upgrade needed in terms of hardware and
software.

and determine if upgrades or improvements needed to support
the daily operations.

Objective:
To continuously manage the database for the system.

Collaboration with Accounts

Monitoring and back-up of existing database

2.4 Asset Tagging
Objective:
To record each IT hardware for tracking purposes
Scope:
Digital cameras, projectors, PC, Monitors, Keyboard and
mouse, External HDD, Laptops, other IT related devices

2.5 Server Room cleanup and
reorganization & better lighting
Objective:
The server room has poor lighting and is
overloaded with equipment and need to be
cleared for better working environment and
safety. There are one equipment rack that can
be shifted out to the Warees Halal 3rd floor
office to house spares and outdated
equipment. The exercise also allows the server
room to free up more space for future
expansion.

Future Plans
To employ 2 sets of backup tapes so
that there is an additional week of
backup. This is for the purpose of
disaster recovery restoration, in case
of servers cessation.
To employ a firewall appliance to
enhance the network security at the
end point of Warees network
