1 As the project is prepared for academic purpose only, it
suffers from the limitations of time , due to which
analytic-al study into all the strategies adopted by the
organization was not possible.

FINDINGS
The employees felt that performance appraisal
evaluation are done very strictly and impartially
by the superior.
It is found that employees feel good about the
flow of communication.
Workers were highly satisfied with the
compensation which were paid to them.
Compensation was based on experience of
employees.
