1. Low pollutant, firing completely.

2. Additional furnace for longer residence time resulting in complete


combustion and minimum carryover of fly ash.

3. Boiler is designed to start with Light Diesel Oil.

4. Machine welded membrane wall gas tight furnace.

5. Strategically located Secondary air injection for creating turbulence to


ensure complete combustion of Sawdust and for reducing carryover of fly
ash, reduce un-burnt carbon loss & emissions

6. Three pass boiler bank are arranged for efficient heat transfer with low
flue gas velocities for reducing erosion.

7. No moving parts inside the hot furnace.

8. Ability to handle NOx and clinker-formation
