PROBLEMS

Impact of Crime and Terrorism,


 On India [outnumbered sufferers and death, very
little preventive measures taken]
 On Trichy [disturbed by violence. Peace and
security was threatened]
 Hotbed. [communal riots, gang wars, wide spread
panic]
 Attacks on police and politicians.
 Police system was mere effective.

reduction, police system was very efficient & effective]

done. [only best 260 out of 2600 police men were used]
 Rapport with public and police. [led to
greater transparency, accountability and responsibility]

skills. [to take responsibilities, organizing, planning, leading &
controlling]
