 HOW DOES SUPERSIM+ CONCIERGE WORKS?
STEP 1. User sends a FREE command to SuperSim+ switch requesting
to connect User with desired DESTINATION NUMBER and specifies
HOTEL PHONE NUMBER and ROOM NUMBER*.

STEP 2. Switch calls back to User HOTEL NUMBER and then to the User
ROOM NUMBER and requests to hold while it connects the call.

STEP 3. The switch then dials the DESTINATION NUMBER.

STEP 4. SWITCH CONNECTS THE CALL TO YOUR HOTEL ROOM

 HOW DOES SUPERSIM TRIGGER WORKS?
SuperSIM+ works with USSD signalling for triggering a “Call Party A and
then Call Party B and then Connect the 2 Parties” operation for making a
call. The Connection or bridging of the 2 legs of a Call is made in
Ecocarrier’s Service Platform to enable a telephone conversation.

In “Call Party A and then Call Party B and then Connect the 2 Parties”
mode of operation, the Party A may be the telephone number of a local
fixed line telephone (as in the case of a hotel room phone) and the Party B
is the Destination Number (i.e. the telephone number of the party to be
called). Note that receiving a call with a local SIM in most countries is
FREE and receiving calls with a fixed line telephone is FREE in all
countries.
