Immediate Next Steps


Work with both PMs to obtain the sign off for Milestones 1 and 2 deliverables of
SAP Infrastructure Optimization service provided by QCG Limited.
Work with SAP-ITAS Integration team to deliver on the required interfaces.
Work with SAP-Bank Integration teams to deliver on the required interfaces.
Work with the project team and QCG to deliver on the outstanding work items of
the SAP Infrastructure Optimization contract.
Work with SAP Nigeria to conclude the redeployment of the SAP Solution
Manager.
