son mtodos de separacin de mltiples etapas en los que
los componentes de una muestra se distribuyen entre dos
fases, una de las cuales es estacionaria y la otra mvil. La
fase estacionaria puede ser un slido, un lquido absorbido
sobre un slido o un gel.
Acido flico
VALORACIN
PROCEDIMIENTO
Fase mvil: Transferir 35, 1 g de perclorato de sodio y 1,40 g de
fosfato monobsico de potasio a un matraz volumtrico de 1 L.
Agregar 7,0 mL de hidrxido de potasio 1 N y 40 mL de metanol,
diluir con agua a volumen y mezclar.
Ajustar con hidrxido de potasio 1 N o cido fosfrico a un pH de
7,2.
Diluyente: Solucin acuosa que contenga 2 mL de hidrxido de
amonio y 1 g de perclorato de sodio por 100 ml.
Antes de usar, pasar a travs de un filtro con un tamao de poro de
1 m o menor.]
Solucin estndar: 0,20 mg/mL de Acido Flico.
Solucin muestra: Equivalente a 0,2 mg/mL de cido flico, a partir
de no menos de 20 Tabletas reducidas a polvo en Diluyente; agitar
suavemente para facilitar la disolucin y filtrar, desechando la
primera porcin.
