Who ?
Anyone between 20 and 30, in Paris
and its suburbs
No curriculum needed : we recruit
motivated and energetic youth
Not a social ghetto : the whole point
is to have a mixed team, with
various ages, social and ethnic
origins, various skills
In the end : 600 applications on the
web, 50 interviews, 15 students
