Mobile Sales Application

Sales Application Main Screen

After opening the Sales


application , you will be
displayed with 4 Tabs or
modules as shown below.

New Order
Collection
Credit Limit
View Dispatch

Employee should click on


Master Sync option to
get the below details
from the server.
All the dealers list.
All the products list.
All the dealers credit
Limit and outstanding
amount values.
If any dealers (or)
products (or) items are
added then those items
will be reflected here.

Click on New Order


button to place the order

After clicking on the New Order option


you will be navigated to the next page
where you will be displayed with below
fields.

Select Dealer
Credit Limit
Outstanding amount

From the select Dealer dropdown you


can select one dealer.
Respective dealers credit limit and
outstanding amounts will be
displayed.
Based on these credit and outstanding
values employee (Field Officer) can take
the decision on placing the new order.
If the dealer has sufficient credit limit
then employee(Field officer) will place
the order by clicking on the Proceed
Order button.

After clicking on the Proceed


Order button then category of
the products will be displayed
based on the company products
or items.
Like Fertilizers and
Pesticides.

After clicking on the one of


the category a new screen
will be displayed with the list
of the products and the
quantity text field to enter
the required quantity.

Select the product by enabling


the check box and enter the
required quantity as shown
in the screen shot.
After selecting the required
items and quantity, click on
Submit order button to
place the order successfully.

In the same way other


category items can be
ordered.

Click on Collection button


to submit the collection
related details.

After clicking on the


Collection button you will
be displayed with the below
fields.

Select Dealer
Credit Limit
Outstanding amount

Click on Proceed
Collection button to enter
the collection related details.

After clicking on the Proceed


Collection button a new
screen will be displayed with
the below fields.
Enter Amount
Payment
Towards(Advance/Fertilizers/P
esticides)
Payment
Mode(RTGS/Cheque/Cash/DD)
Bank Name
Payment ID
Payment Date

After entering all these details,


click on Submit button to
send these details to the server.

Click on Credit Limit


button to check the dealers
credit and outstanding
values.

Click on View Dispatch


button to check the product
dispatched details.

Click on View Dispatch


button to view the dispatched
quantity details.

After clicking on the View


Dispatch button you will be
displayed with the below
details.
Order date
Product ID
Order Quantity
Dispatch Quantity
Dispatch Date

Click on Exit option to exit


from the application

Adding or deleting of Dealers can be done from the


Web console by the Admin.
Adding or deleting of Products or items can be done
from the Web console by the Admin.
Credit Limits can be set to all the dealers from the
Web console.
Approval of the orders can be done by the Admin
from the Web console.
All these activities will be reflected on the mobile
application once the employee performed the
Master Sync operation which is available in the
mobile application.
