FEARURES

mounted on the machine to protect the conveyor belt from
damage due to the impact of discharged material

Operation Philosophy
Start up procedure

All permits and cross permits have been returned.

Open the Tripper flap gate.
Release the protection device(EPB,PCS & OTLS).
Check the thrusters brake release & over travel limit
switch healthy.
Check the conveyor all parameters.
Keep the tripper disserted bunker.
Push the Start button.
Before run the conveyor ensure the tripper smooth
running and stop.
Check the rail clamp work properly.
Take the feeding to bunker.

Bunker level not maintain zero . Always tripper move one
bunker to another bunker when bunker level one or two M
empty.
Check the CCRD drum cable rolling ok or not.
Check the Gear box and all Plummer block temperature
and conveyor belt all parameters. Keep equipment clean.
