The company should showcase its commitment and advocacy for
gender equality and womens empowerment, collaborate with
partners and community leaders to promote inclusion. It should
also work with the community to eliminate discrimination and
exploitation of women and girls as well as promote and recognize
womens leadership and contribution to the society.
