 Kingdom of Saudi Arabia (KSA) is known as a dry

place because of less choices for the outdoor
activities. Almost every expatriates who are living
alone in KSA, wants to call their families to live
with them and spend good time together. Two
visa are available to bring the family in KSA, the
permanent family visa and the family visit visa. If
you want to call your family on vacations or short
time period, select the family visit visa. The
procedure to get a family visit visa is as follows
step by step.

Step #01
At very first, you will have to fill an online
application for the family visit visa. The
application form is available on the website of the
Ministry of Foreign Affairs. The website is in
Arabic, so when you open the website, change
the Arabic language into the English language to
better understand everything.

Step #02
After changing the language you will see big tabs
on the screen, you will have to click on the tab
named as Individuals. Then a new window will
open in which you will select Resident and then
a new screen will open in which you will have to
select The Family Visit Visa. This procedure will
successfully make you enter in the family visit
visa application form.

Step #03
Now, as you are successfully entered in the family
visit visa application form, you have to accept the
terms and conditions, which are written in Arabic
language and cannot be transformable. For this
you can take help from the Google Chrome
browser because it has an option to translate, it
has a translation button which is located at the
right corner of the address bar.

Step #4
So, after accepting the terms and conditions, you
will have to enter the Iqama number, visa number
and expiry date. Then the system will
automatically fetch all your details. Only you will
have to fill the title, email and mobile number. Do
not worry if the system does not fill other
information automatically, do it yourself manually,
but be careful while filling. In front of the title you
will have to fill the name of the City in Arabic.

Step #05
Now, you will have to select the validity of the visit visa,
how long you want your family to stay in the KSA, the
maximum duration to stay in KSA on family visit visa is
180 days. After this click on the button named
Addition, a pop-up will appear on your screen in which
you will have to enter the name of the person you want
to bring on a family visit visa to KSA. Be careful while
entering the name because the name must be same as
written in the passport. Then select the religion of the
person, Muslim or Non-Muslim. Then select the gender
and your relationship with that person. Persons city
name from which he/she will be travelling, date of birth
and nationality, same as written in his/her passport.

Step #06
If you select the relationship Others, then a new
window will appear in which you will have to
mention the name in Arabic, take help from
Google Chrome to translate. This was the final
step, after all these steps done, check again to
avoid mistakes and submit, means finally you
have successfully filled the form.
