Ecuador is located in the

Northwest part of South America,
the total surface is 256.370 Km
It is bordered by Colombia in the
north, Per in the south and east
and Pacific Ocean to the west.

It divided at 24 provinces and has four regions :

Coast, Andes, Amazon Jungle and Galapagos

Ecuador finds itself divided into two

hemispheres by the Equator Line.

From north to south, beautiful beaches stretch along the

Ecuadorian Pacific coast. Bordering harbors, fishing
villages and cities.

The Amazon Region and its five provinces can be geographically

divided into two sub regions: the High Amazon and the Lowlands.

The Jungle has been a natural pharmacy for indigenous

communities.
