INTRODUCTION:
PLASTIC:
A plastic material is any of a wide range of synthetic or
semi-synthetic organic solids that are moldable.
Plastics are typically organic polymers of high
molecular mass, but they often contain other
substances.
They are usually synthetic, most commonly derived
from petrochemicals, but many are partially natural.
USES:
Polyester (PES) Fibers, textiles.
Polyethylene terephthalate (PET) Carbonated drinks
bottles, peanut butter jars, plastic film, microwavable
packaging.
Polyethylene (PE) Wide range of inexpensive uses
including supermarket bags, plastic bottles.
High-density polyethylene (HDPE) Detergent
bottles, milk jugs, and molded plastic cases.
Polyvinyl chloride (PVC) Plumbing pipes and
guttering, shower curtains, window frames, flooring.
Polyvinylidene chloride (PVDC) (Saran) Food
packaging.
EXISTING SYSTEM:
In existing system the plastic
waste is thrown along with the
other garbage and dumped in
to a common place where all
the municipal waste is
dumped.
LIMITATIONS OF EXISTING
SYSTEM:
The existing plants where the plastics are recycled
emits the content like sulphur and other harmful gases
like CO2 etc.
They causes various health hazards to the environment
as well as to the workers who works in that plant.
The waste handling system is also manual which
results in various diseases to the workers who work in
the plant.
PROPOSED SYSTEM:
To
overcome
the
limitations
of
the
existing system the
following system is
proposed.
Here the plastic waste is
recycled but it is not
converted
into
any
material but it is
converted into fuel
which after
further
distillation can be used
as fuel for the engines
and boilers.

LDR
Here we used LDR Sensor . LDR is a light-controlled variable resistor. The resistance of a LDR decreases with
increasing incident light intensity; in other words, it exhibits photoconductivity. A LDR can be applied in light
sensitive detector circuits, and light- and dark activated switching circuits.
Here we use this to track lance based on sun direction

CONCLUSION
If we use paper and cloth bags instead of plastic bags
environmental pollution can be control.
We are aiming for biodegradable and ecofriendly
products and processes. Bioplastics is only a part of the
large efforts that we are determined to make.
Bioplastics is a reality and is a practical truth. Our
willingness and improvement in technologies will give
it a wider success.
