*To provide solution to the problem of low to failing grade and poor performance in Technology and Livelihood Education (TLE) : Industrial Arts (IA) and
Agricultural Arts (AA) in order to achieve skilled people for global economic competitiveness.
*To reduce the increasing rate of low grade to failing in Grade 9, Area of Drafting and Welding.

Project Rationale
The Angono National High School is an institution that
caters the needs of the community by providing knowledge,
skills and find solution to achieve the goal in lifes leadership
for global competitiveness. The Technology and Livelihood
Education is a subject that helps students to be skilled in
their chosen ability and trained them in their daily aspects of
life that will help in the present time and near future. With
regards to this goal, some problems may arise and one of
these is the failing grades and poor performance of students.
The Project KABALIKAT is possible solution to decrease
the rate of students who got failing grades in first and second
quarter of SY 2015-2016. The said project will provide
programs to enhance their skills through monitoring students
daily performance and remediation.

Objectives:
To provide solution to the problem of failing
grade and poor performance in Technology and
Livelihood Education (TLE) : Industrial Arts (IA)
and Agricultural Arts (AA) in order to achieve
skilled
people
for
global
economic
competitiveness.
To reduce the increasing rate of students with
failing grades in Grade 9, Area of Drafting and
Welding.
To provide assistance through remediation and
counseling of students with failing grades.
