 A solar laptop is a system that is used to convert

solar energy into electricity. This electricity is
then used to power laptop (output). It does this
by use of photovoltaic cells. The solar panel is
often used to save money, but in our project, it is

being used to provide power to a rural community
(PAKISTAN) that has no electricity.
 Pakistan is facing high power crisis now a days, so,
this would be not a costly idea to be practiced
widely. Pakistan is on the horizon where we enjoy
sunlight for more than 12-14 hours a day during
summer and more 10-12 hours during winter. It
may help to overcome the energy crisis, we are
facing today. This is environment friendly idea and
has no side effects as well. This is a project for
poor and rich and people from every run of life.
