Purpose
To enable you to
understand identifying
levels for the new
Behaviours
Approach
Key points
The levels within the behaviours are not necessarily linked with
seniority or the level of the role.
Not all of the behaviours need necessarily be set at the same
level. While the Essential level may be required for one
behaviour, the More Demanding level may be appropriate for
another.
Determining the levels will be a joint agreement between
managers and individuals.
