Teachers are given periodic training but continuous monitoring and
coaching as well as handholding support to ensure actual
improvement in teachers performance is not in existence
Continuous and comprehensive evaluation (CCE) are usually quite
complex
Data collection from schools during school inspections, etc. also tends
to be complex. Simplifying data collection formats will improve
reliability and quality of data collected at the ground level
