Problem Statement
The problem is the poor people and needy who suffer from kidney disease are not able
to bear the medical cost for dialysis. The question is where do they go for treatment
which is cheaper and can get subsidy?
The only they can get some subsidy from Perkeso, Baitumal and Kidney Foundation, but
it is limited to several people from the whole Malaysia
However, YBHUN take this approach and apportunity to help the target group, and in
how ybhun will need some capital and sources to start and build up the dialysis centre.
First of all, Need to find the strategic location and statistic of patient needed the
treatment.
List out the procedure, who? How? Can apply, and also the criteria to the target group.
Think out the method of fund to subsidy the patient, charity/donation/state fund/
