Business Transformation
Strategy for MWoB
January 2016

+
Client Overview

The client is an indigenous manufacturer of premium handbags in

Nigeria. In addition to handbags, the client also provides interior
decoration services.

Having operated for 20 years, the company has seen steady growth.
It now wishes to expand its sales to cover international clientele.

The owner wishes to transform the business in order to meet the

demands of expansion.

Implementing a new sourcing strategy, improving the professionalism

of its employees and securing funding are seen as cornerstones for
preparing for success.

We wish to partner with the client as Business Transformation

partners with a focus on managing people and processes to support
the aggressive growth plans.

+
Business Challenge

The target is in sight.

A vision of the future
has been created.

But without
precision, accuracy in
execution, the arrow
will not hit the bulls
eye. Unless the people,
structure, finances and
processes are aligned
and engaged, any
transformation initiative
is bound to fail.
