Current Year Objectives


To reduce Recordable Injury Rate up to 0.41.
To achieve the target of Behavior Based Compliance(BBC) which
is 3 BBC Observations/employee/month with 90% engagement.
100 % adherence to Health Management Plan.
To achieve the target of Water Consumption which is 2.87 m3 of
water / ton of product
To achieve the target of Energy Consumption which is 1.59 GJ
of energy / ton of product.
To strengthen the machine safety across the factory by closing
80 % Gaps.
