Enhance knowledge of the Spanish language
to better commutate with Hispanic patients.
An ethical issue I observed were employees
not stating new referrals an hour before their
shift ending and leaving the referrals for the
next shift.
Patients waited longer to be seen
Extra work for staff on the next shift

Preparing For The Future


Personally and professional growth: continue

hands on experience in all aspects in this field to


become successful in an Administration position.
Achieved my goal of receiving an administrative
position but will continue to strive for more.

work with. Example: mental health or DD.
