Primary objective

To find out the changing consumer preferences towards


Organized retailing from Un-organized retailing.

Secondary objective

To analyze the factors which influence consumers to prefer


organized retail outlets over unorganized retail outlets

To identify the problems faced by consumers from organized


as well as unorganized retail outlets

LIMITATION
This is applicable to Tuticorin people only.
The period taken for analysis is one week.
Necessary information was not provided by the users.

We have collected the information through questionnaire for
this study.
SECONDARY DATA
Secondary data was completely based on Books, Magazines,
Internet and Newspapers
ANALYTICAL TOOL
We have used percentage analysis method for this study.

agree relationship with shopkeeper. 80% of the respondents are strongly
disagree the proper parking facility. 40% of the respondents are disagree easy
replacement of defected products, 40% of respondent's strongly agree with the
billing duration of un-organized retail
