decisions on major Decision Problem.

problem.
Problems can be systematically and explicitly defined and
evaluated.
Can be applied on various fields such as New product
Introduction, Marketing Strategy, Make Vs. Buy Decisions,
Assets acquisitions, Investment Decisions, etc.
