Global aim:

The aim of this project is to develop

Students creativity, time-management,
communication, critical thinking and
cooperative work through the production,
edition and broadcasting of a radio
magazine .

Final Product

The

radio in this project is considered as a

powerful tool that helps Students not only to
develop skills but also to acquire content
while they are having a good time.
This project aims to help Students integrate
their prior knowledge with their new
knowledge in the format of a radio
magazine including different genres like an
interview, a review and an advertisement
promoting an event.

Assessment
IPA: Integrated Performance Assessment will be
applied focusing on the PRESENTATIONAL mode of
communication. Since students will socialize the final
product through an oral exhibition, the assessment
will be carried out taking into account:

Unit 1: Extraordinary people

The goals for this unit are:
To provide Students with opportunities to use the

Unit 2: Review Time

The goals for this unit are:
To explore key lexical and grammatical features and
write their own example of the genre including their
opinion about an event or a film.

Content:
1. Review of Cosqun Rock
2. Concept, structure and purpose of a review.
3.Trailer and review of Batman vs Superman, Papeles
en el viento, Smart watch, ASU Cast One, A ciegas
gourmet and Fuerza Bruta.
4. Fact file of Mr. Thompson, Teatro Gae and
Errabunda: Circus Show.

Final outcome: Students will write their own review about

a film or an event.

Unit 3: Winter Activities

The goals of this unit are:
To provide Students with the means to understand and
then create a new advertisement promoting a social
event during Winter Break in Pergamino.
Content:
1.Concept and purpose of
advertisement.
2.Concept and purpose of a cultural
agenda.
3.General characteristics of an
effective advertisement.
4. Concept and purpose of an
advertisement promoting an event.

Final Outcome: At the end of the unit Students will record their
advertisements of different social events to visit during winter
holidays in Pergamino.

Since the radio magazine is an ideal space for

students to present not only their productions to the
community but also to learn how to express
themselves in public, Students will present their
productions in a radio magazine that will be
broadcasted at the school radio.
