Tratamiento:
1.OXANDROLONA
Tratamiento
-
- Asegurar adecuada nutrición
-
- Micronutrientes: Hierro y Calcio
-
- Evitar Osteopenia en la edad adulta
-
- Alteración en la mineralización ósea durante el “catch-
up”
-
- Deficiencia de GH
- Sx de Turner
- IRC
- Sx de Prader Willi
- Niños con peso bajo para la edad gestacional que no
alcanzan el catch-up
- Talla Baja Idiopática sin deficiencia de GH.
- Resultados variables
Parte 1:
- 24 pacientes
Parte 2:
- 34 pacientes
- Tres regímenes de tratamiento: a) 18 IU (6 mg)/m2/sem;
b) 27 IU (9 mg)/m2/sem; and 18 IU/m2/sem x 1 año,
seguido de 27 IU/m2/sem dosis posteriores
- Mayor Beneficio:
Niños con Talla Baja > 2SD por debajo de la media
Niños < 10 años
