Introduction
Pollution is the introduction of physical, chemical or biological substances that are
harmful to health.
Humans are the main culprit for polluting rivers, oceans, forests, air and the soil.
This problem affects directly the health of all living beings and upsets the balance
of ecosystems.
Every year millions of people die because of the pollution in the water we drink,
the air we breathe and the product of land that we eat.
Currently, the pollution has increased its levels worldwide due to human population
growth, but we still have time to save our planet
ENVIRONMENTAL
POLLUTION
There are three types of environmental pollution, among these are: Water pollution,
human waste and chemical contamination; also, industrial waste pollutes the water
and prevents its purification. Contaminated soil has lost its nutrients due to excessive
deforestation. Air pollution is caused by emissions from vehicles, industries, fossil fuel
burning, constant use of pesticides and sprays, cigarette smoking, etc., all of these
affect the normal development of plants and humans.
The effects of environmental pollution attempt against the life of human beings. It
generates physical damage to people, it produces diseases that are hard to find a
cure for.
Climate change is a reminder of all the damage we are doing to planet earth, for this
reason we must follow certain tips to help the environment.
