CASE FACTS:
Rajat sharma

employed for 6 months manufacturing company - in Faridabad - working as


Clerk in Accounts section.
I been supervisor past 3 months.
Formal investigation asked - by the management:
All Company workers - meeting the standards
- which are set.
Rajat`s performance - 80% good and 20%
less when compare to others.
How to guide and motivate ?

1.As Rajat`s supervisor, can you find out whether the


poor performance is due to poor training or to some
other cause ?
