Introduction
Robots are now more than a machine, as
robots have become the solution of the
future as cost labor wages and customers'
demand.

Robot and automation is employed in


order to replace human to perform those
tasks that are routine, dangerous, dull, and
in a hazardous area.

They are used whenever there is a need to


reduce danger to human, provide more
strength and accuracy than a human or
when continuous operation is required.
The robot can perform the operation with
exact the same motion without tiring.
Because of tireless, accuracy robots are
growing segments of industrial equipment
purchases.

Problem Statement
To design pick and place robotic arm for application of the
CNC machine.
Objective
To Reduce the time for the mounting and demounting of the
object from the jaw of CNC machine.
To Reduce the labour work for the mounting and
demounting of the object from the jaw of CNC machine.
Increase productivity.
