Education Paradigm
CONTEXT
Competency means knowledge, skills and value which can be
reflected in daily activities.
The capacity to perform specific activities will always require
some combination of knowledge, skills, dispositions and values
which when they examined identify key competencies.
The capacity of person to be successful in the world, to
undertake activities competently requires the person to bring
together a range of attributes in the particular context which
they are located.

Remember!!!
It is dangerous to think of competencies as
discrete stand alone behaviours. The more
complex the task that have to be performed, the
more combinations of key competencies are
required to enable successful performance.
Thinking and doing any activities consistently
and continuously by combining knowledge,
skills, disposition and values will make someone
competent.
