Chief Complaint:
Pain in the left knee
History taking:
Occurred since a year ago, and become worsening for the past 4
months. She feels continuous stiff and pain in her knee, worsening in
the morning for >1hour and reduce with some massages. For the
past 4 months, her left knee started to swelling and and the swell
become painful when she walks. Patients also feels pain in her left
finger (3rd fingers DIP) and in her right great toe. She feels hard to
fall asleep at night due to her complaints.
No fever,
No cough, no chest pain nor shortness of breath. No Nausea, vomit
nor epigastric pain.
Urination and defecation is normal.
History of smoking, alcohol, trauma, infection and drugs denied.

History of DM type II with consumption of
Metformin and Levemir
History of hypertension with consumption
of Kandesartan
History of hyperuricemia (11.7) with
consumption of Allopurinol
