 IMPORTANCE OF LOCATION
 EES was established at I-10/3 in Islamabad. It
is committed to improvement and customer
satisfaction.
 The factors that are important for location:At
EES the decision of location of the plant was a
very important factor.
 Following are the main factors that show how the
location of EES is an ideal location:
 Raw materials: the factory is situated in the
industrial area where raw materials are easily
transported from other areas.

 Infrastructure: The infrastructure plays an important

role for the employees, that it becomes easy to reach
the facility on time due to the availability of proper
infrastructure and transport. Proper infrastructure is
there and availability of all basic needs that are
required for the proper functioning of the plant.

 Delivery Time: EES is enjoying ideal in location as
the suppliers require less time to reach the facility
because of the proper availability of infrastructure.

 Market coverage: Location of EES is ideal in the

way that it is located in between Rawalpindi and
Islamabad.

 Weather: The weather of Islamabad & Rawalpindi is
another important factor. The weather is suitable in a
way the air is less humid and that prevents corrosion
of metal.

 Labour: Availability of skilful labour is another

dominant factor for EES. As there will be more
educated people in the cities than the rural areas it will
help EES to be more productive.

 Land Price: EES is located in an industrial area. Large

space is the basic requirement of the factory that’s why
they buy a land in I-9.EES has this benefit that they
own the land and they do not have to pay big amount
of rents and have to pay industrial tax monthly.

design a website. It will help them to increase
