STRIKE ONE: Documented verbal warning. Loses a point for the whole class.
STRIKE TWO: Documented warning. Student calls home. Loses a point for the whole class.
Teacher sets up a Parent-Teacher-Conference. Student writes apology letter to read to
class.
STRIKE THREE: Documented warning. Student calls home. Loses a point for the whole
class. Teacher sets up a parent teacher conference and a behavioral essay assigned to
student. Due in 3 business days. No exceptions. Student must write an apology letter and
apologize to the whole class during a class fun day.
YOURE OUT: Documented warning. Student calls home. Loses a point for the whole class.
Teacher sends letter to parent with an incident infraction form to sign. Student must
complete a behavioral essay that is due in 3 business days. Student is sent to the office.

APOLOGY LETTER
This is assigned to students not following the
laws of the land.
Is to be completed during any class fun time.
Must be read to the class. No exceptions.
