I am so glad that our Yogshala team has an opportunity to


meet the honorable Minister, General V.K. Singh. I
personally thank to the ministry and officials for spearing
valuable time with us. I do hope that this opportunity will
encourage us to promote and expand the message of
honorable Prime Minister of India. I am quite sure that The
Yogshala would carry this message and the society would
immensely benefited.
No doubt, this meeting will fill in us a new energy and high
motivation to serve the humanity .

world. While considering drawbacks of globalization, we should join
together to resolve all the burdens on our health and inner-self to make

Fitness being the mantra, The Yogshala is conveying the message of health, peace
and happiness among the people to serve human and humanity at its best.
The specialty of The Yogshala is to provide the most economical yoga framework
with therapeutic approach at one place called The Yogshala to serve the people
through yoga, meditation, Yoga therapy and Naturopathy.
We are committed to promote the ancient science of drugless system with holistic
approach having no side-effects/after-effects. We are mainly focused on result
oriented yoga and specialized yoga therapy to cure and prevent various disorders
like stress, asthma, diabetes, obesity etc.The Yogshalaoffers the most scientific and
authentic yoga practices to all under expert guidance in natural and hygienic
environment.

become a way of life. It emphasizes on both physical and mental well
being. It is known that the state of mind and the state of body is
intimately related. If the mind is relaxed, the muscles in the body will
also be relaxed. Stress, in any form, produces a state of physical and
mental tension and conversely yoga is known for stress relief. Yoga
practices consist of a variety of techniques consisting of physical
postures (asanas), cleansing techniques (kriyas), regulated breathing
(pranayamas) and meditation. These techniques are concerned with
physical and mind conditioning, respectively. Now there has been an
increasing interest in researching effects and applications of yoga.
Thus yoga has been considered as one of the holistic systems of
medicine. In the present proposal few important scientific studies have
been discussed which are focused on muscle related changes and
hence considered relevant to this proposal.
