Tuition Fee
University of Southern Denmark does not charge
tuition from full degree students from the Nordic
countries or from the EU/EEA countries and
Switzerland
Tuition Fee varies in different faculties and
programs.
Only students with a non-EU/EEA-citizenship have
to pay tuition fees.
Tuition fee rates for full degree Master programs
at the Faculty of Engineering is 13.900 EUROS per
year.

Application Fee
Non-EU/EEA citizens are required to
pay an application fee of 100 Euros
when applying for admission to a full
master degree. The application fee
will be returned if you get admission.

Scholarships
1-Danish Government Scholarship Ministry
of Science, Innovation and Higher Education
The Danish Ministry of Science, Innovation and Higher
Education has launched a scholarship program for students
from non-EU/EEA countries studying a full degree at graduate
level. Scholarships and tuition fee waivers are available for
highly talented students who have been admitted to a range
of programs. Therefore it is not possible to apply for this
scholarship. If you are a non-EU student and applying for a
program which offers this scholarship you will automatically
be considered for it.

2- Twenty (20) Scholarships for MSc in
Engineering Through this scheme the Faculty of
Engineering offers scholarships to highly qualified
students enrolled in the following two-year master
degree study programmes:

MSc Engineering in Innovation and Business (Campus


Snderborg)
MSc Engineering in Mechatronics (Campus Snderborg)
The scholarship covers all tuition fees (13,900 Euros per
year) Students must be able to finance living expenses.

2- Twenty (20) Scholarships for MSc in Engineering Candidates must
come from a non-EU/EEA country
The best qualified candidates based on grades and a motivated
application will be awarded the scholarship
To be considered for the scholarship an application form and a
motivated application must be submitted with the required
documentation as described in the application form at sdusoenderborg@sdu.dk Deadline is last week of December (will be
confirmed at University website)

Note: application for admission must be


submitted separately. The scholarship
application is only for the scholarship.

3- The BHJ Foundation The BHJ Foundation Sponsor


program for the University of Southern Denmark in
Sonderberg. The prime purpose of the grants is to attract
more foreign students to the University of Southern
Denmarks English-language courses, to give business in the
region the opportunity to recruit attractive foreign
postgraduates, and to create good potential ambassadors to
represent the region in the world at large. The Sponsor
program includes:

3- The BHJ Foundation
Six one-year scholarships/grants are introduced for
postgraduates and masters studying at the University of
Southern Denmark in Sonderburg .
Each has the value of DKK 40,000, though they may be for
six months and then of DKK 20,000.
Application deadline is 1 March and 1 November
