Abstract
There exist many protocols by which we can
implement our idea, but here we are making use of
RTP (Real Time-Transmission Protocol).
A LAN based conferencing system designed for use
by individual participants. In one embodiment one
participant in the system is designated as an
Instructor. Rest of the participants will be Students.
Our proposed idea includes
A/V conferencing for a virtual class E-Learning.
Group Chat session.
Resource Sharing.
A Questionnaire.

Introduction
Intranet based E Learning is using a computer
as a server with a video camera/webcam, a
microphone and network such as the LAN, to
conduct a live conference between
eusers[students].
Video conferencing applications can also be
used for voice conferencing, moderated online
chat, and powerful polling and survey
features,you can deliver compelling online
meetingsthat will train and educate your
audience.

Aims and Objectives

AIM
The main purpose of e-learning is to provide a single
experience that accommodates the three distinct learning
styles of auditory learners, visual learners, and kinesthetic
learners.
OBJECTIVE
Opportunities created by the advent and development of elearning are more efficient.
Training of a globally dispersed audience and reduced
publishing and distribution costs.
Synchronous e-learning is self-paced.
Advanced learners are allowed to speed through or
bypass instruction that is redundant.

Problem Statement
Solves the infrastructure problem of any
institute.
Help the instructor to teach many student at
a same time.
Provides learner the easiness to learn.
Taking learning to next new level.
User friendly GUI.
No Paper work.

Scope
Virtual class rooms to provide a user-friendly
overview of benefits offerings and concepts.
The E-Learning course will address high-level
benefits concepts.
The course will be accessible to all candidates via
a client server connectivity.
Reorganization of the existing benefits
information / course resources on the central
place, to make it easier for candidates to find the
information they need.
This information will remain on the server, where
it can be updated easily by the Benefits
Department.

Design Implementation

Protocol
RTP ( Real Time-Transmission Protocol )
RTP - Real Time Transport Protocol is an Internet
protocol for transmitting real-time data such as
audio and video. Typically, RTP runs on top of the
UDP protocol, although the specification is general
enough to support other transport protocols that
know how Windows supports Real Time
Communication.

Result
An Instructor will be able to conduct a session with
students. Instructor will start a live streaming and
Student can sign in anytime and join the session.
Instructor will be able to share study material with
Students and also can perform a group chat during
the session. Offline/Online questionnaire like a
forum is available for Students to ask any doubts,
and Instructor can answer it any time even when
system is offline.

Conclusion
E-Learning enables us to make education in
(One to Many) scenario easy and efficient.
Thus we can use this Virtual Classroom
scenario to take learning to another level.

Future Scope
In future providing a group discussion among the various
students who are registered with the application can be
created.
Enhanced application may allow the students to share
resources among themselves.
Flash Animations, Real time videos can be used as teaching
aids, in order to increase the interest of students
Online test assessment can be conducted in order to obtain
the overall idea of how well students have understood.
Lecture video storing and sharing.
Multiple Lecture Sessions.
Multi-Window teaching.
Oral Group Discussion by Users.
