Vacation with Aifa Travel Agent
for Customer

ABSTRACT

Travel Agent was established to provide high standard of


services suitable for tourists, comfortable and memorable
experience in the hospitality. Therefore, Aifa Travel Agent
has provided our companys position as the leading travel
agency in the whole world. As to achieve the vision, our
mission was to develop employers with great
characteristics in all aspects such as attitude and
appearance. As for a company, we have our own constraint
and one of them was online booking must be done a month
before the date of vacation.We manage to construct our ER
diagram from travel agent survey requirement.

COMPANY
SITUATION

AiFa Travel Agent was authorized by Aina Amirah binti Baharin. AiFa Travel Agent
was established to ease customers who want to travel around the world by
providing a complete package which include destination, place to stay,
transportation and a tour guide that will bring our customer to visit the interesting
places in their chosen destination. Our manager is Nur Faiqah Aqilah binti Fuaad
and our travel agent was owned by Nurul Iffah binti Mohd Fauzi. Aifa Travel Agent is
a new company in this field. Our company was established since 2015, and we are
located in Kuala Lumpur. As a new company, we are facing some problems such as
lack of intelectual staffs and companys financial are not stable yet to develop our
company and make it become well-known. Hence, our company cannot attract
many customer to cooperate with us. Instead of our lackness, we also have our own
strengthness in providing the best facilities for all nations. We also provided online
booking to ease our customers so that they do not have to come to our office to
book for their vacation. We also provide you with services in and out of country. We
also have created an apps to ease our customers and to remind them. In the apps,
we include the status of booking, online booking, schedule of your vacation, types of
transportation that you are going to use to get to your destination and a map that
can be a guideline for you to go and visit the interesting places. Last but not least,
our main focus is to make our company as the best travel agency in the world with
our organized data and the service provided will satisfied our customer as customer
is our companys life.

the travel agents and the tour
operators.

DATABASE ADMINISTRATOR

~ responsible for the physical realization of the


database, including physical database design and
implementation, security and integrity control,
maintenance of the operational system, and ensuring
satisfactory performance of the applications for users.

~ takes the initiative to resolve problems and ensures


that the application is running well with respect to the
database

DATABASE DESIGNER

~ aware of the functionality of the target DBMS

~ must understand the advantages and


disadvantages of each alternative
implementation.

~ assists staff with internal systems,


applications, and databases, including
developing procedures, forms, and other
organizational tools.

DATABASE ANALYST

~ Evaluates existing database and


recommend improvements for
performance efficiency.
