COMPANY PROFILE
BIMB Holdings Berhad (BHB) is an investment holding company, and

focuses its investment in Shariah-compliant business entities


It was established on 20 March 1997, and was listed on the Main

Market of Bursa Malaysia on 16 September 1997.


Through its main holding portfolio of Bank Islam Malaysia Berhad,

Syarikat Takaful Malaysia Berhad and BIMB Securities Sdn Bhd,BHB


Group serves million customers across Malaysia.
The company also has been acknowledged as the countrys premier

Shariah-compliant financial services provider.


Over the years, BHB has contributed significantly to the tremendous

growth of the Islamic financial industry in Malaysia.

Using SO Strategy, product diversification can be

produces when we combine the strength and opportunity


which is Bank Islam Malaysia Berhad have strong brand
equity and technological advancement.
If BIMB can diverse their product, it will be more profitable
to the Islamic banking.
Using technological advancement, also can produce large
volume of product. It is because the product is bean
addiction to the consumers which they will use the Islamic
bank product over and over again.
