The transparency is in their mission as it goes with their barangay logo/seal that
serves from the heart and with a smile, trustworthy, efficient and exemplary with
no personal interest.
Their continuity or sustainability and social equity will continue yearly as to their
Soft Projects and recreational activities like the palarong pambarangay, the drum
& lyre festivals, the archery & Pendack competition, the variety shows and others
to maintain their social and civil society participation to meet their VALE na SAN
ROQUE.
For the infrastructure projects, there are several projects that are still to be
implemented this year or early next year and with an appropriated amount of
Php 28,700,000.00. For the year 2016, the priorities of the Barangay
Council are school buildings for Salum Elementary School and National High
School, Improvement of another Health Center into a two storey, additional
Drainage Systems and Slope Protections or River Walls with total estimated
amount of approximately 28 million pesos. These projects are aligned with the
priorities of the present administration which are Security, Health and Education.
