Mental health includes our emotional,

psychological, and social well-being.
It affects how we think, feel, and act.
It also helps determine how we handle
stress, relate to others, and make choices.
Mental health is important at every stage of
life, from childhood and adolescence through
adulthood

According to WHO (World Health Organization), mental health

is "a state of well-being in which the individual realizes his or
her own abilities, can cope with the normal stresses of life,
can work productively and fruitfully, and is able to make a
contribution to his or her community". WHO stresses that
mental health "is not just the absence of mental disorder".

Mental Health is about:

How we feel about ourselves
How we feel about others
