Most people find problem with the fact that

riots can break out anywhere and people
are not tried for it.But, a lot more people
think it is incredibly unfair that people
follow the time placeand manner
regulations but are still treated very
unfairly. People have been sprayed with
hoses and chemical solutions and other
various weapons when they are doing
things that are perfectly legal.

In the court case of NAACP v. Alabama in

1958 the question was, Should the
NAACP be forced to reveal the names
and addresses of all its members? In
the end, the NAACP did not have to
reveal its members and their civil liberty
to be free to form an assembly was
acknowledged.
