INTRODUCTION

THE MUNICIPALITY OF CAOAYAN WANTS TO ERECT A SEAFOOD

RESTAURANT AND BAR OVERLOOKING THE RIVER. THE AMENITIES OF
THE RESTAURANT INCLUDE: ALFRESCO DINING (48 CAPACITY), MESS
HALL (120 CAPACITY), BAMBOO LANDSCAPING AND LAWN,
ENTERTAINMENT/VIDEOKE AREA. THE SAID PROJECT AIMS TO ATTRACT
VISITORS THAT COME TO VISIT VIGAN INTO THE MUNICIPALITY. THE
RESTAURANT WILL FEATURE LOCALLY GROWN SEAFOOD AND
VEGETABLES WHICH CAOAYAN IS VERY PROUD OF.

A BOARDED WALK ALONG THE RIVER IS ALSO PROPOSED WITH

GAZEBOS ACTING AS A OUTDOOR SEATING SPACE AND ALSO AS A
SPACE FOR STALLS AND VENDORS. THIS WILL SURELY ATTRACT VISITORS
TO TAKE A STROLL AND ENJOY THE VIEWS OF THE RIVER.
