The school and community collaboratively


define the structure and the roles and
responsibilities of stakeholders.
In the past roles and responsibilities of the stakeholder ,
has not been given emphasis, but today it was improve and
re-engineer. The internal and external stakeholders were now aware
on their roles and how it affects school process as a whole to add
value of the school competence and effectiveness as a learning
institution.That

a new trend in school

management,knowledge based with empowerment to


maximize its resources for operation and
continuous development in management, teaching &
learning within the new changing 21st century..

has been conducted for information and guidance of all
school clientele.

address performance discrepancies, benchmark best
practices, coach low performers, mentor potential leaders,
reward high achievement, and maintain environment that
makes learning, meaningful and enjoyable.

The localized curriculum is implemented and monitored closely to ensure


that it makes learning more meaningful and pleasurable, produces desired
learning outcomes, and directly improves community life. Ineffective
approaches are replaced and innovative ones are developed. Learning
materials and approaches to reinforce strengths and address deficiencies are
developed and tested for applicability on school, family and community.

Localized curriculum has been fully implemented and


monitored through the used of various monitoring
tools. Teacher were trained for new innovations and
techniques to enhance their teaching skills to cope
up the demand of producing 21st students .
