CODE OF DISCIPLINE

(For Profem Enterprises Assigned


Employees

I. OJECTIVES:
This code of discipline does not mean to
cover and include all infractions or
irregular acts of the employee in the
conduct of its work in for the company.
Rather this serves as a guideline for the
management, its representatives, and the
employees in identifying and resolving
properly the ethical and legal issues that
the employee may encounter in the
dispense of his duties and responsibilities.
Infractions committed outside those of
listed in this Code of Discipline will be dealt
with according to the standard of law and
in reference to the provisions stated in this

II. CONDUCT ON THE JOB SITE

This code of discipline is grounded on the basic


premises of the expected conduct of the employee
at work as indicated in the employees signed
temporary employment contract.
1. The RECRUIT/EMPLOYEE agrees to abide by the
company rules and regulations(as may be modified
from time to time) of the AGENT COMPANY and its
principal as well as other laws issued by the
appropriate government authority, the AGENT
COMPANY and its Principal.

2. The RECRUIT/ EMPLOYEE agrees to


faithfully devote his working hours on the
work/s assigned to him/her by the AGENT
COMPANY and its Principal in such a way
that the results desired for his/her position
are achieved. Further, he/she shall not, in
any way, be involved in a business deal
that is in direct conflict and to the
detriment of the AGENT COMPANY and its
Principal to the effect that it will lead to a
loss of opportunity and/or profit for the
AGENT COMPANY and its Principal

3. The RECRUIT/EMPLOYEE is
expected to work in harmony with
his co-workers, customers/clients,
guests, and officers of the AGENT
COMPANY and its principal. He/
She will conduct himself in a
manner that will reflect and
promote the good image of the
AGENT COMPANY and its
Principal.

4. The RECRUIT/EMPLOYEE agrees to


keep in utmost confidentiality all
records, documents, and any
information that are relevant to the
AGENT COMPANYS and its principals
operations, products, trade secrets,
plans and other similar information
that came upon his/her knowledge
whether by chance or entrusted to
his/her custody during his/her
employment. Further, the same shall
not be reproduced without the AGENT
COMPANYS and its principals
consent and authority.

5. For purposes of security and


confidentiality, the RECRUIT
EMPLOYEE agrees to subject
himself/herself and his/her
possessions to a search by the
AGENT COMPANY and its Principal
or any of their representatives
prior to entry and exit of the
workplace.

6. The RECRUIT/EMPLOYEE agrees


to wear prescribed uniform with
identification card(ID) at the
workplace as specified by the
AGENT COMPANY and or its
Principal, and the same shall be
worn neatly so as to reflect the
good image of the AGENT
COMPANY and its Principal.

IV. SEPARATION FROM EMPLOYMENT

I. An employee has the right to


terminate his employeeemployer relationship with the
Agent Company and its
Principal by serving a Written
Notice to the Agent Company at
least one(1) month or thirty
(30) days in advance to avoid
loss of sales and/or productivity
losses

The employee agrees to bind himself


liable for any and all damages and
loss of sales/ productivity losses
resulting to his failure to comply
with this provision and such losses
shall be chargeable against any and
all salaries, wages, and other
benefits due him as a result of such
employment.
Any shortage resulting after the
application of the employees last
salaries, wages, and other benefits
shall be settled immediately before
any clearance is issued to me by the

II. CLEARANCE AND BACK PAY


PROCESSING

labinglimang(15) araw bago ang affectivity date
nito o huling araw ng iyong pagpasok sa trabaho.

maayos na turnover ng iyong trabaho

mga sumusunod na dokumento kasama ng iyong
naunang resignation letter sa iyong Team
Leader(para sa ASR) o sinoman ang iyong
