FIRE FIGHTING
For fire safety, smoke sensors are used everywhere in the building
To protect each space from fire, water sprinklers are installed in
each room.
Fire exit staircase is provided adjacent to each hall.
DISADVANTAGES
The challenges presented by the centre
are
The operable wall panels being huge requires
immense labour and damage the carpets

Carpets used for flooring are prone to

accumulation of dust and are difficult to clean
when spilled with food in the food courts.

The plenary hall with executive suites and

service rooms open up to the same lobby
making the VVIP personels to get glance of
the service areas.

The control rooms for the banquet halls,

ballrooms are located on the upper floors,
instead of being adjoining causing access
problems in peak times.
