Vendor returned February 1st to complete installations

Locations identified based on historical crime data, key


routes and input from officers (roughly 200 locations)
City Council approved GA Power pole attachment agreement-
08/18/16

City Council approved $36,988.78 for 24 cameras in 11 locations-

As of 2/22/17 all but one camera is installed and operational-


expected to be complete week of March 1st

Covert cameras approved by council on 10/20/16 and ordered


10/28/16- delayed due to parts

Radio Encryption will enhance officer safety and
operational security
Working with all local & State law enforcement agencies
within the County
Working with local media for continued access to our
primary channels
February 1st implemented encryption with live online stream
March 1st will implement a still to be determined delay to the
online stream
