 1.1 Background
The background i take this case
is overcome the adverse effects of natural disturbances (lightning), then we
need a safety to avoid loss of material as well as the safety of living beings,
so it should be installed a lightning rod installation.
 Problem
The formulation of the problem in writing this final
report is about the power transformer protection
system against lightning strikes on the substation
PT. PLN Keramasan.
 Purpose and Benefits

Purpose
The purpose of writing in the Proceedings of last is
to know how the protection system work to protect
the equipment, and to know the equipment of the
protection system is to meet the technical
requirements as defined in the General Rules of
Installation Lightning (PUIPP)
