Interview:
A procedure designed to obtain
information from a person through oral
responses to oral inquiries.

Selection interview: a selection procedure


designed to predict future job

Interview Contents:
1. Situational interview: a series of job-related

related behaviours;

of often rude questions. This helps in testing
candidates hypersensitivity and stress
tolerance.
